Creating a Tabletop
This is a tabletop for the Whisky Barrel Table. It's made from an old walnut table that was heading to the dumpster

Whisky Barrel for a table
This whiskey barrel was used by our favorite local beer brewery to finish its stout. Add a base, a top, and laser engraving and you have a table

Leather apron found at an estate sale
Even this apron was recycled. Found at an estate sale, we repurposed it and added a logo to provide protection

Safety First
We take safety precautions in our shop watching our eyes, ears, hands, and lungs. It's worth the few seconds to gear up.

The workbench
Someone asked what is our most important tool. The custom workbench we used a few years ago.

Important investment
This was one of the most important purchases for our shop. It is the most commonly used power tool.

The table saw is a tool to be revered. Powerful and useful and a bit dangerous if you don't treat it right

This bar was made to match the rustic ambiance of the customer's patio complete with corrugated metal sides.

We will build multiple tray frames and then cut and attach the materials for the bottoms

We have an efficient assembly line approach to building our creations. This is the finish line for stain and polyurethane.

This wood came from a table that was being thrown out. We planned off the old finish to reveal beautiful wood grain.

We were given a big stack of rough-cut planks that came from walnut tree that was planted in 1912, and cut down and milled in the 1970s

We have built several boxes out of this rough-cut old-growth walnut. This was a crematory box / urn.

The mountains have a beetle that is killing billions of trees. The blue-grey colors are the only thing good coming out of this plague

LA Coliseum Seats
A family member worked for 45 years at the LA Coliseum and as a retirement gift was given these. We rebuilt the base and have them in our basement.

- Recycled walnut table was used to create the top for a whiskey beer barrel table
- Whiskey and Beer were held in this barrel cask before it was made into a table
- Leather work apron laser engraved with our one of our logos and used for protection
- prescription ISO eyewear, ear protection, gloves and push tools for saws, and respirators
- Having a solid workbench with plenty of top space and storage is key to efficiency.
- Dewalt quality for this 12" compound bevel miter saw.
- Using a table saw with the proper gear is important. Jet is a solid brand
- Corrugated metal siding used to accent this custom bar on wheels.
